The overview

Caastor is a creative collaboration platform designed to improve how clients and teams work together throughout a project. It streamlines the briefing process, centralizes feedback, and creates a clear workflow that both sides can follow with ease.
Built internally at Lamesa, the platform focuses on reducing friction in client communication while helping teams stay aligned and organized behind the scenes.
The challenge

From the client’s perspective:
Briefing was often unclear or incomplete
Feedback felt scattered and hard to track
There was little visibility into project progress
From the team’s perspective:
Misaligned expectations led to rework
Feedback loops were inefficient
Task management lacked structure
Understanding the challenges on both sides /

For many clients, especially those requesting a creative service for the first time, the process feels unclear and overwhelming. They often lack the language, structure, and confidence to communicate what they need effectively.
Difficulty translating ideas into clear requirements
Uncertainty about what information is needed in a brief
Fear of miscommunication leading to poor results
Lack of visibility into the process and progress
Overwhelm from too many tools and scattered communication

The approach

Seeing how uncertain and overwhelmed clients felt made it clear that the problem wasn’t just about tools — it was about guidance.
Clients didn’t need more flexibility.
They needed a clearer way to express themselves, understand the process, and feel confident from the start.
This shifted my approach from designing features to designing a guided experience.

Before moving into visual design, the focus was on mapping out the full experience — defining clear user flows and structuring how clients and teams interact at each stage. This helped simplify complex processes into a more guided and intuitive journey.

Comprehensive UX/UI Design: Over 100 unique screens, including client, a detailed ( team lead, specialist, project manager & GOD flows) a seamless briefing visually appealing flow , and a customer feedback system easy and clear.
Responsive Design: Ensuring the platform user experience is clear to all users.
Collateral Design: Creation of key brand assets such as website design, email design , invoice design and other stationery to establish a consistent professional appearance.
Design system: A detailed guide outlining the proper usage of logos, colors, typography, and visual elements to maintain consistency across all elements.
